You will find our courses are relaxed, enjoyable with careful, common sense tuition by our talented, award winning photographers.

The range of one-day photography workshops on offer covers both small group lessons and one to one tuition. There is always plenty of opportunity to pause and make sure you are confident in the skills you are learning.

Attention to detail makes it easier for you to get the most of the tuition so you will be given information before your course on what to bring, where to find us and what you can expect from the day.

Even the places where we meet are special (please note, corporate photography courses are held at customers’ own premises).

We hold our public group courses in private rooms in St John’s Church in Birtle or the Spread Eagle Hotel in Lymm, and the Parsonage in Didsbury Manchester where we start the day with a hot drink and a welcome before setting out. A sandwich lunch is included in the price of our courses (except Didsbury) and parking in Birtle is free. We finish the day over a drink to review our work and talk about what you have achieved.

All the locations where you will be taking photographs are close to our classroom venues and at most a 1km walk on either pavements or public footpaths. If you have mobility concerns, please get in touch before booking.

Normal outdoors clothing and outdoors footwear appropriate to the season are all you will need as well as your camera battery fully charged!
